Eileen's paintings are influenced by her surroundings, and the many places she
has visited. She also likes to paint big bold flowers, and enjoys using colours expressively to capture a moment in time with the light and shadows.
She primarily paints in water mixable oils on gallery wrapped canvas, but has also used watercolour and acrylic paint. Since moving to Northumberland County, she’s joined the Colborne Art Gallery where she exhibits her work. Eileen is working on new work that includes free motion sewing needle art.
